Valdispert extra forte 40 tablets 450mg
Medicine RVG 110616 UAD. Valdispert 450 mg is a herbal medicine that is used to relieve mild nervousness and difficulty falling asleep.
Valdispert 450 mg is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age.

You are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine
Composition:
Active substances: Each coated tablet contains 450 mg extract (as dry extract) of Valeriana officinalis L s.l., radix (equivalent to 1,350 mg - 2,700 mg valerian root). Extraction agent: ethanol 70% v/v.
Excipients: Tablet core liquid glucose (spray-dried), colloidal anhydrous silica, powdered cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid and talc.
Tablet coating: sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate (E 170), acacia, tragacanth, titanium dioxide
(E 171), liquid glucose (spray-dried), Capol 600 T.S. (contains white beeswax,
carnauba wax and shellac).
Dosage
The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years of age is:
- To relieve mild nervousness: 1 tablet 3 times a day.
- For difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary with
an additional tablet earlier in the evening.
Maximum daily dosage: 4 tablets.
Method of use
The tablets should be swallowed whole with some water. Do not chew the tablets.
