Valdispert 450 mg is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age.
You are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine
Active substances:Each coated tablet contains 450 mg extract (as dry extract) of Valeriana officinalis L s.l., radix(equivalent to 1,350 mg - 2,700 mg valerian root). Extraction agent: ethanol 70% v/v.
Excipients: Tablet core liquid glucose (spray-dried), colloidal anhydrous silica, powdered cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid and talc.
Tablet coating: sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate (E 170), acacia, tragacanth, titanium dioxide
(E 171), liquid glucose (spray-dried), Capol 600 T.S. (contains white beeswax,
carnauba wax and shellac).
The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years of age is:
- To relieve mild nervousness: 1 tablet 3 times a day.
- For difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary with
an additional tablet earlier in the evening.
Maximum daily dosage: 4 tablets.
The tablets should be swallowed whole with some water. Do not chew the tablets.
