Vitals Vitamin B Complex Active Capsules is a complete vitamin B complex with high doses of B vitamins. It contains, among other things, a combination of vitamins B2, B6 and B12 that are easily absorbable and have been carefully coordinated. As a result, they work optimally together and therefore have the most effect. Moreover, in the composition of this complex, biologically active forms have been chosen as much as possible. The advantage of this is that they do not have to be converted first before they can be active as a coenzyme in the metabolism. It is therefore the body's own forms and often also the forms in which B vitamins occur in food.

DOSAGE
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal with water, or as advised.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age (legally required for products containing more than 7 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose).
Pay attention:
Using a riboflavin supplement can cause a (harmless) clear yellow discoloration of the urine.
