WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• This medicine is used for colds and/or flu.

DO NOT USE

• If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine.
• As a rub for children under 2 years of age. This is partly because menthol may cause vocal cord spasms and fainting in young children.
• For inhalation in children under 2 years of age.

DOSAGE

Rubbing – adults and children over 2 years of age:
Rub one teaspoon onto the chest and back and repeat 2-4 times a day if necessary.
Inhalation – adults and children over 2 years of age:
Add one to two teaspoons to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the soothing vapours for 10-15 minutes.
