Children aged 3 months to 1 year (5.5 to 10 kg body weight): 2.5 ml at a time, maximum 4 to 6 doses (240-360 mg) per 24 hours.
Children aged 1 to 2 years (10 to 12.5 kg body weight): 5 ml at a time, maximum 4 to 6 doses (480-720 mg) per 24 hours.
Children aged 2 to 4 years (12.5 to 17 kg body weight): 5-7.5 ml at a time, maximum 4 to 6 doses (480-1080 mg) per 24 hours.
