QuikRead go® iFOBT is a simple test for the quantitative determination of human hemoglobin in faeces. The iFOBT test is performed using the QuikRead go POCT analyzer. The ready-to-use iFOBT kit and simple testing procedure together with the instrument provide an accurate result in less than three minutes.
QuikRead go iFOBT is an immunochemical test for the detection and quantification of human hemoglobin in faeces in case of suspected lower gastrointestinal bleeding. The results can be obtained as qualitative or quantitative numerical results.
When used as a qualitative measurement, the measured values above 15 µg/g faeces (75 ng/ml) are indicated as a positive result. Quantitative measurement range starts at 15 µg/g faeces (75 ng/ml) and concentrations up to 200 µg/g faeces (75-1000 ng/ml) shown as numerical result. Concentrations above this limit are reported as >200 µg/g (>1000 ng/ml).
To take the tests you will also need the QuikRead go iFOB sampling set with 50 tubes.For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
