Use as often as necessary. Place the flexible cap on the device. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and the nose cup in one of the baby's nostrils. Gently suck the mucus from the nose. If necessary, you can put the mucus in a tissue between breaths by blowing on the mouthpiece. Do the same with the other nostril. Remove the used nose cup. The disposable caps are suitable for single use and prevent the transmission of contamination.
