The Omron M7‐IT is a fully automatic blood pressure monitor that is very easy to use. The monitor has the latest and best technologies to perform a reliable measurement. It is clinically validated and indicates an irregular heartbeat. This monitor is equipped with a pre-formed Intelli Wrap cuff of 22-42 cm. Because this cuff is equipped with a larger inner cuff, this reduces the chance of incorrectly applying the cuff. The built-in cuff control system also checks whether the cuff is correctly applied.
The blood pressure monitor connects you to the Omron Connect app on your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth Smart. Here you can view all blood pressure values in weekly, monthly or even annual graphs at any time of the day. The M7‐IT comes in a luxury case.
The M7‐IT can display weekly averages of morning and evening blood pressure. The colored LED lights indicate whether there is high blood pressure. The Intellisense technology ensures that the inflation pressure is never higher than necessary for a correct measurement. The advantage of the M7‐IT is that it has a large and easy-to-read display. You can see the blood pressure values and heart rate simultaneously on this. Any error messages (for example as a result of irregular heartbeat or movement during measurement) are indicated on the display. The Omron M7 also recognizes morning hypertension. This allows you to determine whether your blood pressure in the morning is different from the rest of the day.
The Omron M7‐IT has a memory for 2x100 measurements (2 persons) with date/time. In addition to the two times 100 memory, there is also a guest mode (not saved). An additional advantage is that this meter has a particularly low energy consumption: up to 1500 measurements with 1 set of batteries.
