USE IT WITH

• This medicine is for short-term symptomatic treatment of: fever, mild to moderate pain.

NOT TO BE USED WITH

• Your child is allergic to ibuprofen or other similar pain killers (NSAIDs) or any of the ingredients of this medicine.
• Your child has ever had shortness of breath, asthma, a runny nose, swelling of the face and / or hands, or hives after taking acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other similar pain killers (NSAIDs).
• Your child has ever had gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation from previous use of NSAIDs.
• Your child has or has had a recurrent stomach or duodenal ulcer (peptic ulcer) or bleeding (two or more episodes of proven ulcer or bleeding).
• Your child has hereditary problems processing fructose / fruit sugars.
• Your child has severe liver or severe kidney failure.
• Your child has severe heart failure.
• Your child has a brain haemorrhage (cerebrovascular haemorrhage) or other active bleeding.
• Your child is suffering from blood clotting disorders. Ibuprofen can increase bleeding time.
• Your child has unexplained blood production disorders.
• Your child is suffering from severe dehydration (due to vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient drinking).
• Pregnant women should not take this medicine during the last 3 months of pregnancy.

DOSAGE

6 - 9 years (20-29 kg): 5 ml (corresponding to 200 mg ibuprofen) max 3 times.
10 - 12 years (30-40 kg): 7.5 ml (corresponding to 300 mg ibuprofen) (use the measuring spoon twice: 5 ml + 2.5 ml) max 3 times.
