This new model blood pressure monitor from Microlife is a top quality meter equipped with the well-known AFIB technology. In addition, the meter is equipped with various functions to record blood pressure clearly and easily. The device has a relatively large screen so that the values can be clearly read. With this meter it is possible to perform a single measurement but also a 3x average measurement (MAM measurement). The MAM mode also screens for atrial fibrillation. It is possible to store as many as 99 measurements in memory. You can also request the total average of all your measurements.

3/MOM & AFIB

This meter is also equipped with the well-known 3/MAM technology and AFIB detection. 3/MAM stands for 3 x 'Microlife Average Measurement'. In short, this measurement does the following: 1 measurement -> 15 sec rest -> 2nd measurement -> 15 sec rest -> 3rd measurement -> 3/MAM outcome of the measurement. If one of the three measurements is doubtful (or deviates significantly), a fourth measurement is automatically performed to achieve an extremely reliable measurement. In 3/MAM mode, automatic screening for atrial fibrillation (AFIB) is performed. AFIB makes it possible to detect 'atrial fibrillation'. This is the vibrating of the atrium of the heart; also called irregular heartbeat.
