The LUXAMED LuxaScope Diagnostic Kit 3.7 V is a complete diagnostic set consisting of the LuxaScope Auris LED 3.7 V otoscope and the LuxaScope Oculus LED 3.7 V ophthalmoscope. The set has been developed for professional diagnostic examination of the ear and eye and is suitable for daily use in GP surgeries, clinics, hospitals and other medical facilities.
Both diagnostic instruments feature an ergonomic 2-component handle made of aluminium and glass-fibre-reinforced plastic. The combination of robust construction, an optimised instrument head and a comfortable design makes the LuxaScope Diagnostic Kit suitable for regular professional use.
The powerful LED illumination of both the otoscope and ophthalmoscope is continuously dimmable. This allows the light intensity to be easily adjusted to the examination situation and the individual needs of the patient. Thanks to constant-current control, the LEDs have a long service life and provide reliable light output during use.
Both instruments feature an electronic ON/OFF switch and an automatic switch-off function. If the instrument is not used for three minutes, it switches off automatically. This reduces unnecessary energy consumption and extends battery operating time.
The diagnostic instruments are powered by durable 3.7 V lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. The batteries are included and can be easily recharged using the supplied USB charging cable. This allows flexible use of the instruments without the need to regularly replace disposable batteries.
The LuxaScope Auris LED 3.7 V otoscope is designed for professional examination of the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane.
