The Sterile Injection Ported Catheter is for peripheral (outer) intravenous (inside the vein) use and is suitable for intravenous therapy, blood collection, drug administration, or intravenous blood administration. The catheter is made of Vialon polyurethane, this material is biocompatible (without rejection reactions). The catheter is kink-free, has a radio-opaque line (contrast line) and a high flow rate (flow). The sharp needle is fully encapsulated to minimize injuries and/or needlestick injuries. The snap cap of the injection valve is easy to open and close. The flexible wings provide stability of the catheter in the vein, providing greater patient comfort. The catheter is for single use.
