How to use Hemorcool®

1. Place the Hemorcool® in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the Hemorcool® and around the anus.
3. Lie on your side and gently insert the Hemorcool® until the widened section.
4. Remain lying on your side for approximately 10 minutes.
5. Remove the Hemorcool® and clean it with water and soap.
6. Store the Hemorcool® in the hygienic storage tube and place it back in the freezer.
