USE IT WITH

• Formula W is a touch-up liquid used to treat warts and corns.

NOT TO BE USED WITH

• If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
• On birthmarks or port-wine stains.
• On dark colored, hairy or otherwise strange looking warts.
• On warts around the genitals (genital warts) or on warts on the mucous membrane.
• On red, irritated or infected skin.

DOSAGE

Apply the liquid with the tip stick on the inside of the screw cap. Sit carefully, one drop at a time, until the entire wart or corn is covered.
