The station is made from sturdy plastic. The bottle is filled with distilled water. The eye flush system has a snap-on lid, at any time you can flush water into the eye with a gentle press.

The used water doesn't flow back into the bottle, but a lateral hose. The eye area is set very soft through multiple nozzles.
