The MDR-compliant Elmasonic Med ultrasonic cleaning device from Elma is ideal for settings requiring effective pre-cleaning of instruments, prostheses and implants and the removal of stubborn dirt. The ultrasonic cleaner has 5 different ultrasonic modes and guarantees an optimal cleaning result. A wipeable membrane keyboard makes it easy to clean the device from the outside, while the non-slip feet ensure high stability.
The Elmasonic MED 30 (2.75L) is used to clean and decontaminate medical instruments using ultrasonics (cavitation), with a frequency of 37kHz. There are 5 ultrasonic programs: eco-mode, sweep-mode, pulse-mode, dynamic mode and degas-mode, where the temperature is accurately monitored from 25° to 80°C
There is also a user-friendly display with keyboard that shows an optical and acoustic feedback when eg. a particular program has ended. The duration of the cleaning process can be adjusted according to the desired process, with dry run protection. The Elma brand is the world leader in this technology.
In addition, the device has a number of other functions, such as autostart, an adjustable limit temperature and cleaning time. The ultrasonic cleaner also switches off automatically after 8 hours. Both optical and acoustic signals, for example at the end of cleaning or at the limit temperature, facilitate the use of the ultrasonic device.
