Use
Apply good sunscreen half an hour before going into the sun. Reapply regularly, especially when you sweat a lot and after swimming or drying off. Keep children under 3 years out of direct sun. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Excessive exposure to sunlight is dangerous to health. Avoid contact with eyes.
