Several times a day, put a teaspoon of ointment in a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapor as deeply as possible or several times a day, especially before going to sleep, rub the chest, back and neck with ointment and cover warmly. Only apply on the chest and back for children. Do not apply in the nose and near the eyes.
