Open Circuit (OC) Alarm warns the user when the connection with the neutral plate isn't made, or if the cable is disconnected or the neutral plate is not connected with the patient. The alarm is shown by an intermittent beep together with a flashing red light on the front panel. In these cases, the high frequency for cutting and coagulation is disabled.
OVT Alarm, the unit is equipped with an internal circuit protection warning when the current operation is taking too long.
