All-in: Remote support for 5 years

• 24/7 accessibility if the AED has a malfunction or has been deployed
• We come to your location to make the AED and cabinet ready for use again. Including call-out charges and labor costs. (Preparing the cabinet for use only applies if the cabinet was purchased from us and is under warranty.)
• You will temporarily receive a replacement AED, if necessary
• Reading the AED after use Making ECG data available to the treating physician
• Psychological support for the emergency services
• Assistance with declaring electrodes after use of the AED
• Costs of new materials for regular maintenance included
• Contract only applies in the Netherlands

You can conclude this service contract when purchasing an AED from Philips or within 4 weeks after purchase. The partner will contact you after purchase, we will automatically pass on your details.
