Vitals Vitamin K2 180mcg Capsules is a dietary supplement containing vitamin K2 in the superior form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This is the most effective form of vitamin K, it is very well absorbed by the body and remains in the body for a long time to do its job well. As a result, a relatively low dose is sufficient for optimal efficacy.
Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and aids in normal blood clotting.
