Vitals Vitamin E-8 is a food supplement based on all eight forms of vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols). In addition, the softgels contain the unique SupraBio® system that ensures increased bioavailability. In addition, it contains only the superior natural forms of vitamin E (no synthetic vitamin E).
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that contributes to the protection of healthy cells and tissues. In addition, it contributes to the scavenging of free radicals in the cells.

DOSAGE
Take 1 softgel per day with a (fat-containing) meal with water.
A vitamin E supplement is preferably used in combination with a vitamin C supplement. Vitamin C regenerates vitamin E already used by the body and returns it to its active form. In this way it supports the effect of vitamin E.
