GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) with magnesium and vitamin B1
In addition to GABA, Vitakruid GABA Plus Melting Tablets also contains magnesium taurate and vitamin B1. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a gamma-amino acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the body. Neurotransmitters play a role in communication between the brain and nerve cells. The human body can produce GABA itself from glutamic acid under the influence of the enzyme glutamate. In the brain, GABA has an inhibitory effect when too many signals are sent from the brain. This neurotransmitter ensures that these signals are stopped and the balance is restored. In addition to GABA, this supplement also contains magnesium and vitamin B1. Magnesium is good for the mood and vitamin B1 is beneficial for the normal functioning of the nervous system and heart. DOSAGE
