Strepfen - orange - sugar free - 16 lozenges
USE IT WITH
- This medicine is used to relieve throat complaints such as sore throat and swelling in adults and children aged 12-18 years in the short term.
NOT TO BE USED WITH
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to flurbiprofen or any of the other ingredients of Strepfen Orange Sugar Free 8.75 mg
- if you have ever had asthma, wheezing or shortness of breath, nasal irritation, facial swelling or itchy skin rash (hives) after taking aspirin or another NSAID
- if you have or have had an ulcer or bleeding in your stomach or intestines (two or more episodes of a stomach ulcer)
- if you have ever developed bleeding or perforation in your stomach or intestines, severe inflammation of the bowel (colitis) or bleeding problems after taking NSAID medicines.
- if you are taking another NSAID (e.g. celecoxib, ibuprofen, diclofenac sodium, etc.)
- if you are in the last 3 months of your pregnancy
- if you have or have had severe heart failure, kidney failure or liver failure
DOSAGE
For adults and children 12 years and older: Take one lozenge in the mouth and suck it slowly. Then take a lozenge every 3 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 5 lozenges per 24 hours.
