Leidapharm Ibuprofen 400 mg - 20 coated tablets
USE IT WITH
- Leidapharm Ibuprofen is used for symptomatic treatment of moderate to moderate pain such as headache, menstrual pain, toothache, fever and flu and cold pain, muscle pain, rheumatic pain and fever, and pain after vaccination.
NOT TO BE USED WITH
- If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
- If you suffer from asthma attacks or hypersensitivity reactions (eg skin rash) after previous use of ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other painkillers.
- If you have had a stomach ulcer or bleeding in the stomach or small intestine (duodenum) after previous use of medicines for pain and inflammation (NSAIDs)
- If you suffer from ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon)
- If you have active bleeding (including in the brain)
- If you have a serious disorder in the functioning of your liver and / or kidneys
- In severe heart failure (insufficient pumping power of the heart)
- If you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
DOSAGE
Fever and pain with flu and colds or after vaccination, toothache, headache, muscle pain and rheumatic pain:
For adults and children from 12 years the first dose is 400 mg (1 tablet), if necessary followed by 200-400 mg per time. Maximum 1200 mg (3 tablets) per 24 hours.
Menstrual pain:
Start with 1200 mg (3 tablets) per day divided over 3 - 4 times. In severe cases the dosage can be increased to 1600 mg (4 tablets) per day divided over 3 - 4 times
