Good-Lite Vision card LEA symbols and Tumbling E (for children) foldable
This vision card with LEA symbols on one side and Tumbling E symbols on the other has been specially developed for the new JGZ guideline: detecting eye abnormalities (2019). This vision chart can be used to measure the vision of children at both 4 and 5 meters distance. This is a non-transparent map that can be hung on the wall, in accordance with the guideline. The map features decimal notations and values, the 4 meter notations are on the left side of the map and the 5 meter notations are on the right side of the map.
Features
- Double-sided vision card with a hole at the top of the card for hanging on the wall. This card is not suitable for a light box.
- Designed for two distances: 4 and 5 meters, with decimal values only.
- Tumbling E and LEA Symbols® in 4m:
- Visual acuity measurements on the left side of the graph.
- Tumbling E and LEA Symbols® in 5 m:
- Visual acuity measurements on the right side of the graph.
- Response board with LEA symbols® included for children who cannot or do not want to respond verbally.
