USE IT WITH
- You can use Ascal if you suffer from headache, sore throat, fever and pain from flu and cold, fever and pain after vaccination (vaccination). rheumatic pain, nerve pain, lumbago, muscle pain and menstrual pain.
NOT TO BE USED WITH
- If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
- If you are hypersensitive to acetylsalicylic acid or salicylic acid compounds and other similar painkillers (non-hormonal anti-inflammatory drugs).
- If you have had an asthma attack in the past with carbasalate calcium or other non-hormonal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
- During the last trimester of pregnancy.
- With an active ulcer in the gastrointestinal tract.
- If you are a stomach patient or have developed an upset stomach or stomach pain with previous use.
- If you have a tendency to bleed.
- If you have severely reduced liver or kidney function.
- In severe untreated heart failure, which is insufficiently controlled.
- When used simultaneously with methotrexate (medicine used for cancer and rheumatism) at a dose of more than 15 mg per week.
- With concomitant use of anticoagulants when high doses of carbasalate calcium are used, such as in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
DOSAGE
Adults: The content of 1-2 sachets at a time, a maximum of 8 sachets (in 4 doses or more) per day.
For migraine: after the onset of a migraine attack, take the contents of two sachets with 1 tablet of metoclopramide 10 mg. If necessary, this dose can be repeated after a few hours up to a maximum of 6 sachets and 3 tablets of metoclopramide 10 mg per day.
